B. Support customers and partners at Palu and Anyer

Suntorians joined hands to support Lampung, Palu and Anyer post earthquakes and tsunamis in the form of financial support, product and learning space. The very kind support was very much appreciated for customers and partners (suppliers) in these areas to recover from disasters

A. Career Talk

We’re honoured to contribute in growth Indonesian future leaders through University Relation Program (URP) and talk about career, business trend and personal development. We hope to roll-out these initatives furthermore in many leading universities across big cities in Indonesia


B. Blood Donation

 

Collaborate with the Indonesian Red Cross, all Suntorians take part in a blood donation. Blood sharing is one of the most honourable ways to show our love and care for others. We’re happy to be a hero and save lives.


C. Public Facility

SGB develop and provide public facility in a more sustainable manner to support communities, employees and stakeholders. It is the integration of multi-disciplinary activities within the built facility and the management of their impact upon local society


D. Okky Youth Soccer League (OYSL)

 

OYSL was initiated by SGB together with the Indonesian Junior Soccer League (IJSL) to develop Indonesian children's soccer talent. OYSL supported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports (KeMenPoRa) and considered of making a real and positive contribution to the development of football in Indonesia.


E. Plant Tour

There are so many interesting and new things to see during a plant tour. Mainly open for students from elementary to university, experience of plant tour in SGB always found to be overwhelming. There is a mass of machines, workers, parts, and tools. Additionally, SGB staff will give you an overview and the deluge of information of the plant, usually ripe with technical terms, products, warehousing or distribution and other local plant information.


F. Educational fund

A. Plant Trees

SGB realize that another improvement essential to the sustainability of the environment is the planting of trees, both to relieve the global shortage of trees, important sources of oxygen and water, and to reduce the effects of global warming.


B. Wastewater Treatment Plant

SGB are consistently working on wastewater treatment equipment in our manufacturing facility, in addition to choosing and modifying equipment with lower water consumption as well as implementing a water reuse plan and setting goals for such reuse and waste water treatment.

SGB aims for human resource development rising to the challenge to create new values with diversity management as its basic policy and to create a working environment filled with creativity where all employees can exert their full potential.

Breakfasting gathering is more than just a chance for employees to gather, it’s creates harmonious, more focused and engaged team. We are very grateful that together in SGB we celebrate the holy month that’s inspire and give us the desire, strength, as well as the determination to create harmony with people and nature


B. Corporate Wellness (Employee Sport Class and Health Talk)

Health talks enable our employees to learn about their health risks and adopt active/healthier lifestyle from sports interest groups such as indoor football and basketball, or enjoy daily activities like gym or boxing classes. Health is main factor that enable us to run to our vision.

From inspiring corner that share about leadership and success journey of many outstanding CEO to smartphone photography workshop, learning composting organic waste and fun vlog competition on how to save water and environment, SGB Employee Corner inspire employees engagement and experience


D. Training and development

 

SGB employees training and development enables a highly skilled workforce. Relevant and interesting topic always accommodate into our learning class. We are convinced that well-managed training program helps in building an employee’s understanding of the industry and equip them while encounter challenges in their work.
